Please give us a call. The ATO holds multiple accounts for some people and it doesn’ t make it easy to keep track of payments sometimes. We can work out what account they want the payment made into, where your payment did go and request an internal transfer. The transfers can take up to a month so we can ask them to stop sending the debt notices until the transfer should have occurred as well.
